The Trust is seeking to appoint a Wellbeing and Education Link Leader to develop effective wellbeing and inclusion provision across the Trust for our pupils and staff.

You should already be a fully qualified teacher with experience and knowledge of training and upskilling staff to be aware of wellbeing and positive mental health and, be equipped with management strategies to support staff to manage the welfare of pupils who experience challenging personal circumstances resulting in behaviour typical of childhood trauma. You would be joining a nurturing and caring working environment underpinned by a Catholic ethos and educational focus, whose aim is for every pupil to leave with a strong moral purpose, high aspirations and immense pride in what they have achieved during their time in our schools.
